Grant Thornton (Vietnam) Limited is an independent member firm of Grant Thornton International.🅠 We are a leading professional services organisation in Vietnam providing Audit, Tax, Advisory and Business Process Solution services. We have a professional team of 13 Partners and more than 3🃏80 professional staffs in offices located in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

In order to meet the demand of our growing practices, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a position of Receptionist supporting our People & Culture Division of Ho Chi Minh City Office. Detailed tasks of and required qualifications for this position are as follows:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer and transfer incoming calls professionally in both English and Vietnamese; take messages when the recipient is unavailable.
  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain the meeting room booking schedule.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, ensuring proper tracking and distribution.
  • Arrange travel support for Partners and staff, including booking air tickets, transportation, travel insurance, and accommodations.
  • Organize and maintain books, magazines, and newspapers in the reception area and meeting rooms.
  • Administer expenses related to reception services (e.g., mail delivery, taxi, air tickets, stationery) and ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to taxi usage, couriers, air tickets, and stationery.
  • Support the organization of internal events (e.g., monthly birthdays, training sessions, company trips).
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications/skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Good proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
  • Strong telephone handling skills and familiarity with switchboard systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
