Hoang Khoi has been in the auditing and consulting profession for over 29 years. He started his career in professional services in 1995, working with renowned international accounting firms in Vietnam, including Arthur Andersen Vietnam and KPMG Limited. Since 2014, Khoi has been serving as the National Head of Tax Services at Grant Thornton Vietnam.
Khoi's extensive experience in consulting and advisory services covers a wide spectrum of taxation and investment areas. His expertise includes tax planning, due diligence, tax restructuring, M&A tax, licensing services, corporate governance, and compliance for multinational companies. He has worked with businesses across various sectors such as manufacturing, construction, services, IT, trading, foreign contractors, and representative offices.
Khoi is particularly adept at liaising with Vietnamese authorities, leveraging his in-depth understanding of the local regulatory system and various tax and investment regulations.
